Is PG-13 worse than PG?
so i really starting think and focusing on this and i noticed something... PG-13 says its parental guidance for under 13 year olds. and PG means parental guidance. there is no restrictions or limits to when parents should not be guidance. So should there be a parental guider if your not a pareent yet? you know what i mean. haha. am i thinking too hard or is this how its suppose to be and something in history messed with it?
